***Unfortunately, right now we DO NOT SHIP any of our drinks out-of-state. We are working to have out-of-state shipping available soon. Until then, if you are ever in the DMV Area, let us know and we will get your order ready ASAP! Thank you for your understanding.***

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY RADIUS?

• We deliver in the DC/MD (PG County) area. We also offer delivery in VA (Alexandria & Arlington). We will have pop-ups in the near future in your city or a city near you.

WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
• As you all know, ALL of our products are made from scratch. With that being said, the shelf-life for ALL DRINKS is 4-7 DAYS. The shelf-life for our IRISH MOSS is 2-3 WEEKS. The gel could possibly last longer, so if you reach your 2-3 week mark, just give it a smell, and if it smells the same as when you received it, then you can continue use. The drinks are made fresh, and anything made fresh only last 4-7 days; I mean think about strawberries, once you purchase and place in fridge, you have about 4 days to use before the strawberries start to deteriorate. Our drinks contain NO ADDITIVES OR PRESERVATIVES, so the shelf-life is 4-7 DAYS!

WHY DISTILLED WATER?

Distilled water is neutral and whenever you are dealing with herbs and Infusions you want a neutral medium. You want a neutral solution  because you don’t want anything to mix with or activate what your putting in the water other than the hydrogen and the oxygen that is contained in a water molecule.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds . In the event that you are not pleased with your order/service, please contact us at herbahwhore@gmail.com to address any and all concerns.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are ELATED to offer an affordable shipping rate of $8.00 for all domestic orders UNDER 1lb . All of our tea blends are HAND-CRAFTED and made to order with organic herbs that have been tested for microbiology (yeast, mold, salmonella) and heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, etc). Because our teas are made to order, please allow up to 3 business days for your tea blends to ship. Once shipped orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to email us herbahwhore@gmail.com.

•Please verify your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Inputting an incorrect address will result in the package being returned to me courtesy of USPS. There WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL shipping fee required to resend package. Please ensure your information is correct.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email enclosed with your tracking number. In the event that you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your SPAM messages, OR check to be sure you entered your email correctly!
